Job Category Customer Service, Operations Compensation Overview The annual base salary range proed for this position is a natione market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope,plexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the canate; and other conditions of employment. As part of ourprehensivepensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards. In this role indiuals will process work with a strong balance between speed and accuracy; seek out opportunities for process improvement, develop so relationships, while focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Travelers offers a hyb work location model that is designed to support flexibility and balance (3 days in office, 2 days working from primary reence). What Will You Do?

• Processes iing requests for variety of policy changes and/or handling routine policy reviews in applicable system(s).
• Responsible for Policy Quoting and Issuance.
• May be responsible for handlingpliance transactions.
• Works directly with internal and external customers to gather required information to handle service requests.
• Require underwriting authority toplete specific transactions.
• Demonstrates on-going understanding of Travelers products, along with various insurance transaction procedures.
• Addresses questions regarding aspects of a policy within their authority.
• Identifies, where applicable, potential underwriting risks and refers to correct department.
• Ensures effective and appropriatemunication with all effected internal/external parties resulting from change in customer account.
• Assists in special work assignments asentified.
• Acts as a customer support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

During the 120 days in the role, training will be proed between 8:00 and 5:00 ET. PTO will be limited during the training period. Completion of the training period will be once the employee obtains underwriting authority. What Will Our Ideal Canate Have?

• Prefer one or more years of work experience in a customer service industry, operations, or insurance industry.
• Associates Degree or higher preferred.
• Demonstrated resiliency in high-volume environments and stressful situations.
• Demonstrated ability tomunicate both written and verbally clearly in a multitude of channels (phone, emails, etc.).
• Ability to multitask on various activities.

• Ability to proe problem solving and rmend solutions.
• Identify customer needs and takes appropriate action.
• Build productive working relationships and is inclusive to all in the workplace.

What is a Must Have?

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
