As a Specialty Pharmacy Technician, you’ll be responsible for interpreting and entering prescription data in our pharmacy system, answering iing calls andpleting outbound calls to / from patients, physicians and pharmacists while ensuring a high level of customer service and maximized productivity. This role is equally challenging and rewarding. You’ll need to work within multipleputer systems simultaneously as you respond to questions or proe specific medication details / clinical information. It’s a fast paced, high volume environment where our members are counting on us to deliver these important, sometimes life – saving medications in an accurate and efficient manner.

Schedule: Possibility to work anytime between 7PM to 7PM CST

Location:

• Hyb at 4100 S Saginaw St, Flint, MI (3 days in office, 2 days at home)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Verify appropriate and accurate patient information
• Enter prescription data into pharmacy system
• Contact patients, pharmacists, and proers to resolve issues
• Other assignments and projects as need
• Maintain proficiency and quality as standardized by the department

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• Current Pharmacy Technician license in state of reence without restrictions
• 1+ years of pharmacy prescription processing experience
• Basic level of proficiency withputer navigation and Microsoft programs such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint
• Flexibility to work between the hours of 7 AM to 7 PM CST Monday through Fay. Shift will be consistent once determined. Overtime may be required on weekdays and weekends as needed
• Must ree withinmuting distance to the Flint, MI office (4100 S Saginaw St) andply with the hyb work model to work 2-3 days in office each week

Preferred Qualifications:

• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT or NHA)
• Specialty pharmacy experience
