This position is responsible for duties including managing all inbound and outbound calls, entering leads, scheduling jobs, minimum daily outbound calls to meet scheduling needs. Answering phones & return messages. Accounts receivable, Vendor setup with customers, Billing setup with customer, assist with payments and provide customer service for all inbound calls.......
SUMMARY
This position is responsible for duties including managing all inbound and outbound calls, entering leads, scheduling jobs, minimum daily outbound calls to meet scheduling needs. Manage Calendars and main email. Accounts receivable, Vendor setup with customers, Billing setup with customer, assist with payments and proe customer service for all inbound calls. Other administrative duties as assigned.

SCHEDULING COORDINATOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strive for A++ Customer Service
- Assist customers by proing the first line of contact regarding customer service,plaints and billing.
- Answering phones & return messages
- Schedule jobs in central calendar system
- Enter sales leads and assign to representative
- Maintain current electronic and paper filing systems all necessary paperwork
- Use proprietary system to maintain an up to date customer database
- Daily bank deposits
- Light housekeeping
REQUIREMENTS
- Part Time Ideally, 9 am - 2 pm, but have flexibility 4-5 hour workday
- Be positive
- High level ofmunication and organization
- Customer Service Oriented
