Job Summary: Performs receptionist and clerical duties in patient care areas. Coordinates patient information andmunication for the department and is responsible for maintaining accurate medical records. Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:Ability tomunicate clearly; Exemplary telephone etiquette; Interpersonal skills to gather and exchange information with patients, visitors, and hospital staff in a courteous and supportive manner; analytical skills to gather and interpret routine information, maintain semiplex records and organize work.
