**Though this role can be done remotely, we are interested in canates who can visit our Rhode Island office occasionally for collaboration and on-site days.**

**The salary range references OTE annually, which is abination of base salary and incentivemissions. Base salaries aremensurate with business and industry experience. This is a role where your variable grows year over year, with greater earning potential kicking in around Year 2**

As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a critical role in helping us support our client engagements byentifying top 1% Consultants that can support us in the delivery of our services that includes on-demand consulting services and custom project work.

At the highest level you will:

  • Identify qualified technical canates who would be a superior fit for our on-demand staffing support engagements
  • Cultivate strong relationships with the Consultantmunity (specific focus on professionals that span software engineering and development, DevOps, automation, data, AI, and ML hyper-specialties), so we can tap these relationships to support our in-house Solutions Team
  • Respond expediently and effectively to opportunities generated by our Sales team
  • Leverage an omni-channel approach (social, email, phone,working, etc.) to grow your relationships with the techmunity

What You’ll Do:

As an integral member of our service delivery team, you will:

  • Source and recruit excellent technical talent by creating and executing on innovative and modern sourcing strategies and campaigns
  • Work in collaboration with our Solutions Team onentifying Consultants, contractors, and gig workers we want to engage in client work
  • Interact with potential canates on social media and professionalworks (e.g. LinkedIn, Stackoverflow and Github)
  • Work with our Sales and Solutions teams to support immediate client opportunities for our productized services, custom project, and on-demand model
  • Develop a pipeline of technical talent (both active and passive) and be constantly engaging in a meaningful way
  • Nurture relationships with existing Consultants to build unbreakable relationships
  • Uncover business intelligence/sales intel via Consultant relationships on additional client opportunities
  • Stay current on job market/consultant/gig economy trends to best position SQA Group to attract top talent
  • Participate in client-facing activities with our Sales team, form
  • Promote our employer brand on and offline with regular brand ambassador content flow and interaction

Who You Are:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT talent acquisition/recruiting, with a proven ability to discover, attract, and retain outstanding talent
  • A passion for sourcing in the technology sector
  • Desire to eventually get into a senior technical recruiting and/or sales role
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing technical talent across multiple channels including social media and other digitalworking resources
  • Experience with full-cycle technical recruiting, sourcing, qualifying, submittals, onboarding, and relationship management
  • Ability to raly engage a virtual bench to fulfill statements of work
