Introduction

CATTS is seeking a creative and user-focused UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing user experiences by designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet user needs while achieving business goals.

Responsibilities As a UX Designer, you will:

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs using Figma to visualize and communicate design concepts.
• Design intuitive, engaging, and accessible user experiences for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistent branding through design systems and component libraries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and visual designers, to align designs with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to continuously improve user satisfaction and solve complex problems.
• Advocate for user experience within the organization, ensuring end-user needs remain a priority in design decisions.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design, including interest or knowledge in AI applications in design.

Requirements

• Master/Bachelors degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design projects and expertise in Figma, including creating components, styles, and interactive prototypes.
• Proficiency in UX principles, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
• Solid understanding of layout design principles, typography, and text formatting for digital interfaces. Experience with InDesign is a plus.
• Familiarity with WordPress and front-end development concepts such as HTML/CSS and JavaScript. Ability to collaborate with developers for pixel-perfect execution.
• Experience working with agile or collaborative development environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas effectively to diverse teams.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for understanding users and creating innovative, user-centric designs.
• English: high-intermediate / advanced.
