Role Description
We are seeking a strategic and visionary person to serve as a Social Media Investigative analyst. In this role, you will complete social media investigations, specializing in providing critical insights and intelligence to support insurance claims investigations, fraud detection, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth investigations using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and others.
- Analyze online content, documents, materials, and pictures to gather relevant information.
- Utilize open-source search methodologies and public record resources for comprehensive investigations.
- Implement strategies for social media investigations.
- Prepare detailed reports and communicate the findings effectively.
- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends, technologies, and investigative methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all investigations and data handling processes.
Qualifications:
- Experience in social media investigations and analysis.
- Proficiency in using major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).
- Strong understanding of open-source search methodologies and public record databases.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Proficiency in using social media monitoring and analysis tools and software.
- Certification in digital forensics, social media intelligence, or related fields is a plus.
Preferred Skills:

Pay: $37,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
