We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service through phone, email, and chat. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for helping others, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex problems when necessary.
  • Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges following company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Meet performance goals, including response time and customer satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high-volume interactions.
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $19.41 - $23.43 per hour
