The Kent County News (Maryland) is looking for a sports reporter.
The position will cover high school and community sports for a five county region on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. We want someone who can go beyond play-by-play game coverage to tell the stories of athletes and local teams. The ideal reporter has experience in newsrooms and has a knack for creative stories – both game coverage and features. You’ll take your own photos for stories.
You will report to the sports editor at the Star Democrat in Easton.
Recent college graduates are urged to apply.
