Omni Therapy is currently looking to hire an experienced Bookkeeping / Collections / Billing Specialist to deal with billing, payments, collections, and the basic creation of ledgers and journals for the work we do with home health agencies across Southern California......
Omni Therapy is currently looking to hire an experienced Bookkeeping / Collections / Billing Specialist to deal with billing, payments, collections, and the basic creation of ledgers and journals for the work we do with home health agencies across Southern California. *This is a 100% Work-From-Home Remote Opportunity*
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with home health clients to ensure timely payments and facilitate successful conflict resolution.
- Place agencies that remain in breach of contract on a “hold list” so that ongoing services are withheld until payment in full is received-after discussing with the leadership team anding to an agreement- and update the staffing team regarding new holds in a timely manner to ensure “hold list” agencies don’t continue to receive ongoing services.
- Bill home health agencies using Devero, Filemaker, and QB (We fully train our new hires on the system we use).
- Apply payments using bank scanners, Filemaker, and QB.
- Create aging reports and journal entries.
You must have:
- 2 or more years of bookkeeping / accounts receivable experience.
- 2 or more years of billing experience (QuickBooks is a plus)
- Microsoft Excel experience.
- Strongmunication and organizational skills.
Pay
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
