Stamford, CT I Hartford, CT I USA AXA XL has an exciting opportunity for Information Security Specialist Password Management 1 to join a newly formed IT Security IAM team. The Password Management Security Specialist will be responsible for detecting, investigating and responding to High Risk and nonpliance Identity and access scenarios as required by our AX XL Identity and access policies. DISCOVER your opportunity What will your essential responsibilities include?
  • Investigate IAM password related security high risk situations, inents and work with relevant IT and business teams to remediate
  • Collaborate with all colleagues in educational way on the requirements of all Identity proers within thepany as well as Identitypliance requirements
  • Maintain and develop Security technology IAM Security password inent alerting and detection rules
  • Maintain and enhance the AXA XL IAM workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, effective, and timelymunication of IAM security password related issues.
  • Carry out reporting on the Security IAM controlpliance
  • Ensure that all Identity proers and Identities operational structure and security controls are aligned with policies and standards
  • Maintain the IAM governance and oversight processes and procedures
  • Assess security IAM threats from multiple sources and plan mitigation/remediation
  • Liaise with vendors as required
This role will be part of the larger AXA XL IT Security IAM 11 members of staff. This will allow the successful canate to grow and develop their security Identity governance technology and investigation skills and expertise. You will report to the Head of Identity Governance.

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
  • AAD and AD basic understanding
  • Basic understanding of MS Azure Cloud
  • Basic understanding of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)
  • Basic understanding of vulnerability testing and pration testing concepts
  • Familiar with Microsoft Defender
  • Familiar with the Pingcastle or equivalent AD vulnerability monitoring tools
  • Basic understanding of Okta or Auth0 or other authentication tools
  • Basic understanding of B2B, B2C and Third-Party vendors
  • Coordinate internal Operations support forpliance activities and ensurepliance with Security standards, Information Security Policy and SLAs
  • Review security risk acceptance requests
  • Performing IAM Security controls
  • Nice to have Power BI skills and experience
