Program Manager

Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Management Specialist to manage the end-to-end delivery of internal projects and programs. This role is pivotal in coordinating major milestones, maintaining program performance, and guiding teams through product development and improvement. You will act as the bridge between internal clients, stakeholders, and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and driving results across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination (35%): Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to launch, maintain, and enhance complex products. Lead clients through critical decision-making processes and facilitate cross-departmental communication.
• Product Roadmap Management (20%): Maintain and update product roadmaps, address issues, manage action items, and assess risks to advance product maturity.
• Customer Needs Analysis (20%): Identify and articulate emerging client needs to the product team to drive innovation and customer satisfaction.
• Implementation Oversight (10%): Manage all aspects of project implementation, including equipment procurement, overseeing installation, and reconciling metrics upon completion.
• Delivery Management (15%): Ensure deliverables are executed efficiently and meet product schedules.

QualificationsTo be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

Required Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Business Management or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of experience in program operations, with at least 3 years in product management roles.
• In lieu of a degree: 4 additional years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree in a related field.
• Product management certifications (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, AIPMM, Product School).
• SAFe Agile certifications.
• Experience with AI/ML-based product development.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Proven experience managing full product lifecycles (ideation, development, launch, and iteration).
• Strong analytical and technical aptitude, with the ability to leverage insights for product decisions.
• Experience in transitioning organizations from program-focused to product-driven methodologies.
• Expertise in Agile/SAFe frameworks and tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Aha).
• Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to train, mentor, and influence cross-functional teams.
