We seek a Per Diem Pharmacist in Southern Oregon to perform professional duties and responsibilities associated with the processing of prescriptions.

Schedule of our Pharmacies are Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, so must have some availability within that time.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Distributes drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners
• Provides information to customers about medications and their use
• Focuses on providing a superior level of customer service
• Ensures compliance with all relevant laws of the applicable State Board of Pharmacy
• Administration of immunizations as allowed by State Boards of Pharmacy
• Any other usual and customary pharmacy duties

Required Qualifications:

• Current pharmacist license in state of OR
