Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Administrator to join our HR department. The HR Admin will be responsible for providing support to the HR department and assisting in various HR functions, including onboarding, benefits administration, employee records management, and HR reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

· Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee data in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System).

· Perform onboarding and offboarding tasks including processing of all new hire documentation and termination paperwork.

· Update and maintain employee records, including personal details, benefits, and performance evaluations.

· Support the benefits enrollment process

· Assist with preparing HR-related reports and audits.

· Manage HR files and ensure compliance with document retention policies.

· Organize and schedule HR meetings, training sessions, and other events.

· Handle HR-related inquiries from employees and direct them to the appropriate resources.

Qualifications:

· Associates or bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

· 3 years previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR.

· Experience with HRIS systems, HR&P and general HR functions is desirable.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
