Job Title: Thought Leadership and Social Media Manager Reports to: VP, PR and Thought Leadership FLSA Status: Exempt, Full Time Location: US, Remote Summary The Thought Leadership and Social Media Producer is a pivotal role that combines a passion for creating engaging content with the skills to drive the tactical aspects of our thought leadership and social media initiatives across Ever.Ag. Key Responsibilities
  • Craft compelling content, visuals, and narratives to elevate Ever.Ags thought leadership presence across various platforms and segments.
  • Develop and execute robust social media campaigns that align with our brand and thought leadership goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce insightful, industry-leading content.
  • Create and curate thought leadership content (written, audio, video) that supports the overall vision of the company and the VP.
  • Optimize content performance with an eye for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field preferred
  • At least 5 years’ experience in content creation and social media management
  • Experience with video editing a plus
  • Experience with design tools: Adobe CS, Canva
  • Experience with social media management tools: Emp
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of the thought leadership potential within B2B SaaS software and data science teams
  • Agriculture industry knowledge preferred
