Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities through cold calling and direct sales efforts.
• Analyze market trends to identify potential areas for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Utilize Salesforce for managing customer interactions, tracking sales activities, and maintaining accurate records of client communications.
• Manage assigned territories effectively, ensuring all prospects are contacted and nurtured throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation.
• Provide technical sales support by understanding product features and benefits, enabling effective communication with clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales or direct sales roles, preferably in a technical or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and client needs effectively.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing client relationships.
• Ability to conduct cold calls confidently while maintaining professionalism.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
