Job Description:
Halo Life Science is seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional service to our customers. This role is ideal for a problem-solver with excellent communication skills who is passionate about creating positive customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and professional responses to inquiries about our products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Document and track customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve the customer experience.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to products, processes, and services.
- Assist with order management, including processing, tracking, and returns.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer support or related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
