As a contract-to-hire Sales Assistant on our Membership Team, youll play a pivotal role in supporting our sales efforts, ensuring seamless operations, and enhancing client satisfaction.
We are seeking a contract-to-hire, detail-oriented and proactive Sales Assistant who thrives in a dynamic environment. In this role, youll provide administrative support to our sales team in managing client relationships, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring the smooth flow of information and documentation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about supporting sales initiatives and contributing to client success at PaulHood.
What You Will Bring, Do, and Own
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about our services.
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- Manage scheduling, document preparation, and data entry to support sales activities.
- Maintain accurate client data and documentation utilizing PaulHoods bestinclass software, tools, and technology.
- Handle orders, process transactions, and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure client needs are met and sales processes run smoothly.
- Actively participate in identifying areas for process improvement, providing valuable
insights to enhance sales operations.

Who You Are - You have excellent customer service skills and keep the client in mind with all interactions.
- You work well with others and contribute positively to team dynamics.
- You have keen attention to detail and are adept at managing multiple tasks.
- You are focused on completing tasks efficiently and effectively.
- You possess stellar written and verbal communication skills and speak clearly and confidently with clients and staff.
- You can maintain composure in a highpaced and sometimes stressful work environment.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and can quickly learn new software and technology.
- You understand the importance of confidentiality and handle sensitive information
appropriately.
Experience and Education You Will Need
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year or more experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Experience with client relationship management software or project management software is strongly preferred.
- Data entry or call center experience a plus.
