The Director of Quality Control will be responsible for ensuring that our cargo operations meet and exceed all FAA regulations and gelines and maintain a high standard of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain an effective quality control system for our Part 125 Cargo Operation
  • Implement and maintain all FAA regulations and gelines related to cargo operations
  • Ensure all cargo handling procedures are performed in a safe and effective manner
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures and processes to ensure the highest level of quality and safety
  • Train and manage a team of quality control inspectors and auditors to ensure that all processes are being followed correctly
  • Conduct regular audits toentify any non-conformance issues and work with relevant departments to implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that quality control processes are integrated into all aspects of cargo operations
  • Review and update quality control manuals and procedures as needed
  • Proe regular reports to upper management on the status of quality control processes and performance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree in aviation, engineering, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a quality control role in aviation, with experience in Part 125 Cargo Operations
  • Knowledge of FAA regulations and gelines related to cargo operations
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
