Marcum LLP is seeking an Office Assistant to join our growing and well established Operations team in the New York, NY office. Responsibilities:
  • Will answer phone and requests from executives and Associates and provide reception coverage Office space software Update spreadsheets in excel Good communication skills required MS outlooks, excel and PowerPoint, adobe and picture art, research Assist with events and season décor Invoicing Able to multi task and take on new responsibility Able to take instructions Assist with campus recruiting Administrative work Organize and maintain stock Willing to run general errands
  • Assist with ad hoc requests
  • Appropriate handling confidential and important materials.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of basic business, technology, switchboards and general office administration.
  • 1 -2 years of experience
  • Strong communication skills and follow-through are required for this position.
  • Proactively seeks ways to assist internal and external clients
  • Professional demeanor
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in the NYC office Monday through Friday, 10am-2pm.
