Core Job Responsibilities:

• The Clinical Specialist reports to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and is responsible for proing a high level of clinical and product expertise and customer service to customers.

• Develops and maintains strong relationships with new and existing customers and performs account development activities creatingpetent, conent clinical champions to drive the utilization of Monarch systems and scopes.

• In-case procedural support, serving as a technical consultant and proing education focused on creatingpetence to gain clinical support and conence of physicians and clinical staff.

• Identifies and acts on educational opportunities, proes exceptional customer service and technicallyplex case support.

• While acting as a liaison between customers and corporate office for any cases needing peer review, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of anyplaints or technical issues.

• Regular interaction andmunication with peers to ensure strategic partnership and approach to meet account development objectives.

• Must develop and maintain expert level knowledge onmercially available Monarch products. Ability to deliver fellow/physician education programs.

• Develop professional education events tailored to each market with deep understanding of tools and resources available.

• Complies with and maintains an active and ongoingmitment topliance with allpany policies and applicable federal, state and local laws, including but not limited to HIPPA, Sunshine Act and the Monarch Sales Gelines on Interaction with US Healthcare Professionals.

Required

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree

• The ability to work in all departments of the hospital including the operating room environment.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare is required

• Travel 50% - 75% of the time within the designated territory

• Va Driver’s License in one of the 50 United States
