The Fulton Steamboat Inn, the area s most unique amodation, and Lancaster s #1 hotel on TripAdvisor, is seeking a MOTIVATED, OUTGOING, and SERVICE-ORIENTED indiual to join our Front Desk team!
Customer service experience is preferred, but we will train the right personality to fit with our exceptional GUEST SERVICE CULTURE. Schedule varies, and will include weekends.
Responsibilities include checking guests in and out, cash-handling, taking telephone reservations, processing gift shop sales, and proing top-notch customer service to our guests. Computer skills are a must. Must also be extremely reliable and enjoy interacting with people!
