As a member of the consumer marketing operations team you will be responsible for creation, revision, and optimization of transactionalmunications (emails and letters) to address internal operational inents. This person is key in addressing consumer and client concerns. Strong writing skills desired; ability to take technical jargon and translate it into customer-friendly language. Develop talking points for internal teams as well as external, consumer facing emails and letters.

This person will partner cross-functionally with management, operations, product, team, account management and legal &pliance to collaborate and contribute to the execution of supporting letters, emails and collateral. Obtain legal andpliance approval on assets. Work with leadership to obtain approvals. Proe rmendations for improvement to existing assets.

Required Qualifications:

  • BA or BS in business,munications, marketing or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ yearsmunications and/or consumer marketing work experience in a matrix organization
  • 1+ years creating dynamic andprehensive marketing strategies
  • Proficiency with MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Proven so written and editing skills for a variety of media types

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years digital marketing and/or social media experience
  • Experience in the financial services and/or health care industry
  • Experience with software programs such as Workfront, Tableau, DOMO and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
