Are you a Credentialing Specialist who has experience with multi-location / multi-physician practices? If so, we may be looking for you! Were recruiting a Credentialing Specialist to manage the credentialing processes for providers across the US VisionMed Partners network, ensuring timely submissions and maintaining accurate documentation for compliance with state, federal, and payor requirements.

US VisionMed Partners (US VMP) is a management company formed to advance specialty eye care services for optometric practices. Headquartered in Dallas, TX, they have practices in several states that they support with marketing, purchasing, operational expertise, financial administration, leadership, and staff training programs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in owning the full credentialing and provider enrollment process for an MSO or multi-location / multi-provider practice, preferably in medical optometry.
• Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) or Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM) certification preferred.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Comprehensive understanding of credentialing processes, compliance standards, payor enrollment requirements, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Exceptional project management skills; self-motivated to proactively manage processes and follow through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, multiple locations, and a growing number of providers as more practices are acquired.
• Strong attention to detail; organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with credentialing software, database management systems (e.g., CAQH, PECOS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Financial acumen and ability to evaluate contracts ideal.

The salary range for this position starts at $40,000, dependent upon skills and experience.
