Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMancan Staffing is partnering with a Cuyahoga Falls company that is seeking dedicated Production Crew Members to join their team!
The company is specifically interested in someone that has manual lathe grinding experience, especially if it involved grinding rubber.
Hours: MondayFriday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (with potential overtime)
Pay rate starts at $19/hr
Must have a valid driver's license with 2 points or less. Must be able to pass a basic math test.
This company offers a hands-on, custom production environment where no two days are the same.
As a member of the Production Team, you'll be cross-trained and involved in multiple departments, including Mixing, Milling, Extrusion, Wrapping, Blasting, Grinding and Shipping/Receiving.

Job Responsibilities:
Operate a variety of machines and tools, including lathes, extruders, mills, autoclaves, cranes, forklifts, and both hand and power tools.
Carry out daily production tasks such as machine operations, packaging, material handling, and light assembly work.
Work closely with other departments like maintenance, quality control, and logistics to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Follow strict safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Promote a team-focused atmosphere centered on accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
