Job Description
This position will begin as a Practice Manager in Training, with the goal of transitioning into a full Practice Manager role as the business expands.
You will work directly with the owner to learn all aspects of the business, including operations, team management, client experience, and performance tracking.
Over time, this role will evolve into overseeing daily operations and leading the team.
