Your Role: As a Patient Care Associate, you’ll be the friendly face that greets our patients and ensures their experience is seamless. You’ll manage the front lobby, handle shipping activities, and interact with patients in person, over the phone, and via text.
What You’ll Do:
• Welcome visitors and answer their questions.
• Protect patient information and maintain HIPAA records.
• Manage patient signature logs.
• Handle phone calls and direct inquiries.
• Notify patients when prescriptions are ready.
• Process payments for prescriptions and OTC items.
• Ensure accurate till counts and cash deposits.
• Sort and route mail and shipments.
• Keep the lobby, restrooms, and front desk area tidy.
• Organize and inventory OTC orders.
• Support Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians.
• Assist with returning unsold prescriptions.
What We’re Looking For:
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic PC skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Arizona State Board of Pharmacy Technician in Training registration within 6 months.
