Job Description

TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking a Journeyman Electrician for a Construction Foreman position in the Houston area. This role is ideal for an entry-level Journeyman ready to step into a leadership position managing small crews and overseeing small commercial electrical projects.

This position supports a small works division handling projects valued under $100K.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a small crew of 2–4 electricians
• Oversee small commercial build-out projects
• Install electrical services for irrigation controllers and monument lighting
• Complete electrical work at public parks and amenity centers
• Coordinate daily activities to meet project deadlines
• Follow work orders and ensure quality and safety compliance
• Communicate effectively with project teams and supervisors

Qualifications:

• Active Texas Journeyman Electrician License (required)
• • Master Electrician License also accepted
• Minimum 2 years of electrical experience
• Experience with small commercial projects preferred
• Ability to manage small crews and maintain project timelines
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills
