The mission of the Easterseals Rehabilitation Center in Evansville, IN, is to provide life-changing services that maximize the independence of children and adults with disabilities, regardless of their ability to pay and to ensure equal opportunities to live, learn, work and play in our community. We are seeking candidates to fill a full-time Recruiter position in our Group Home division. As a Recruiter, you will be working to fill direct care positions within our Group Home Program, so you must possess strong interpersonal skills, an ability to prioritize and plan work activities, and be willing to use creative approaches to problem-solving. This position collaborates closely with senior management to achieve recruiting targets. Youll have full-cycle recruiting responsibility including sourcing, applicant tracking, candidate evaluation, interviewing, pre-hire screening, job offer, and orienting new hires to the company. You must be willing to network and develop contacts within the community as you will represent the organization at job and career fairs.
