Job Description

The Customer Support Specialist position will work to ensure new and existing clientele receive exceptional customer service throughout their experience with DocuWrx/TRUE. Complete product feature comprehension, workflow proficiency, and a positive client relationship will be necessary to foster long term customer satisfaction. This position will be 100% remote.

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily service requests via help ticket system to provide timely responses to customers and ensure team keeps pace with incoming service request volume.
  • Train new and existing customers on the TRUE product suite through phone calls, email, live chat and screen-sharing sessions to ensure customer success while using the software.
  • Work with customers to identify and replicate errors and defects through a variety of means to ensure resolution.
  • Lead onboarding processes for new clientele and provide end-to-end client support to ensure implementation occurs smoothly.
  • Identify needed custom features for clients and work with the development team to ensure correct results.
  • Potentially go onsite for in-person training sessions with new clientele.
  • Coordinate and host routine training webinars to userbase.
  • Maintain accurate customer data within internal CRM.
  • Conduct periodic client outreach offering training or Q&A sessions.
  • Provide excellent customer service through a friendly yet empathetic tone, proactive, timely, and professional responses to maintain high satisfaction.
  • Exemplify excellent written and spoken grammatical proficiency, and email etiquette, in order to promptly, and professionally, communicate to clientele.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience using general software, preferably CRM and/or ERP systems.
  • Experience working from home/remote, with a dedicated work space.
  • Consistently portray a positive attitude throughout all client communications.
  • Must possess strong writing skills.
  • Eager to tackle problems and find solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical details to a non-technical audience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment.
  • Ability to work independently, quickly assess issues, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing circumstances and information.
  • Highly motivated, passionate, and creative team player committed to the firms success.

Preferred

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of related work experience, providing customer support and training on SaaS-based software products.
  • Knowledge of commercial construction workflows and business practices.
  • Knowledge of back office and general accounting workflows.
  • Knowledge in SaaS-based cloud database software.
  • Experience in FileMaker, WordPress, Excel, QuickBooks.
