Job Qualifications

• Availability to work weekends
• Food Handlers Permit

All of our trailer employees rotate between the West 6th Street trailer in the back patio of Star Bar and our Rainey St trailer in the backyard of The Alibi throughout the week. This position is both BOH and FOH combined - we train for employees to work on every station.

West 6th St. Location Hours -

4PM - 12AM - Monday - Thursday

11AM - 1AM - Friday & Saturday

11AM - 10PM Sunday

Rainey St. Location Hours -

4PM - 12AM - Monday - Thursday

4PM - 1AM - Friday

12PM - 1AM - Saturday

12PM - 10PM - Sunday

A Day In The Life

We run on a crew of 15 - 25 committed team members, with 2 - 8 people scheduled on each shift per trailer, depending on the day of the week. You will have fun as you rotate between the West 6th Street trailer in the back patio of Star Bar and our Rainey St trailer at Alibi throughout the week.
