TikTok Live Host - Sales-Driven & Engaging Personality

IILHI is a sea moss brand based in Los Angeles, dedicated to providing high-quality, clean-ingredient sea moss products. Were looking for a charismatic and sales-driven TikTok Live Host who knows how to entertain, engage, and convert viewers into buyers.

What Youll Do:

• Host energetic and engaging TikTok Live sessions to promote and sell IILHIs sea moss products.
• Use proven sales techniques to drive conversions, upsell products, and create urgency.
• Educate and entertain viewers while answering their questions in real time.
• Follow a structured live-selling strategy, incorporating product demonstrations, storytelling, and exclusive offers.
• Monitor viewer engagement and adapt your approach to maximize audience retention and sales.
• Track and report key live stream performance metrics (sales, engagement, etc.).
• Work closely with our team to refine content strategies and improve live-selling techniques.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience hosting TikTok Lives or live selling (e-commerce, influencer, or brand ambassador experience preferred).
• Confident, charismatic, and comfortable on camera—you should have a natural ability to grab and hold attention.
• Strong sales skills with a track record of driving conversions and hitting sales targets.
• Quick thinker who can respond to comments in real time and create urgency for purchases.
• Knowledge of TikTok trends, audience engagement strategies, and live shopping techniques.
• Passionate about health & wellness products (a plus!).
• Reliable and able to commit to a set schedule for live sessions.

Compensation:

$20 per hour (Estimated 8-15 hours per week)Commission potential based on performance
