As part of our continued growth, we are expanding the Working Capital & Business Loans division and are seeking a skilled, driven Credit Repair Specialist to help ensure client readiness for funding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed credit analyses for small business owners and real estate investors applying for funding
• Dispute inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable information with credit bureaus and creditors
• Design and implement custom credit improvement strategies based on funding goals and time horizons
• Coordinate with our internal Funding Advisors to position clients for optimal approval amounts and terms
• Maintain accurate documentation, track dispute outcomes, and provide clear communication throughout the process
• Contribute to the development of internal workflows and automation to scale the credit readiness operation

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in credit repair, credit analysis, or financial advisory
• Strong knowledge of credit reporting systems, dispute protocols, and FCRA compliance
• Excellent communication skills — capable of explaining credit mechanics to non-experts
• Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing a high volume of clients with attention to detail
• Experience working in a funding, lending, or financial services environment is preferred
• Strategic, client-first thinker with a bias for execution
