NOW HIRING – PAINT SUPPORT & ASSEMBLERS Midway Staffing is currently seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team in Decatur, AR! Positions Available:• Paint Support• AssemblersJob Responsibilities:Assist with preparation and movement of products through the paint process Load and unload parts from paint racks and production linesPrepare metal surfaces for painting and powder coatingOperate hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipmentPerform quality inspections on painted and assembled productsFollow production schedules and work instructionsAssist with material handling and production supportMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow all safety policies and PPE requirementsQualifications:Manufacturing experience preferred but not requiredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shiftExperience with hand and power tools is a plusStrong work ethic and attention to detailLocation: Decatur, ARFor more information or to apply, contact Midway Staffing at .Join our team and start building your future today!#ZR
