Develop, evaluate, and optimize X-ray imaging performance (resolution, contrast, SNR, artifacts) Own system requirements, trade studies, and performance budgets Analyze imaging data and automate workflows using Python Collaborate across disciplines to resolve system-level issues spanning hardware and software Document system architecture, test results, and technical decisions clearly and rigorously Support transfer of systems and methods from R&D into production or customer-facing environments Contribute to the system engineering specification both within the field of expertise and broaden into other disciplines. Coordinate with project marketing and management to understand sub system requirements. ? Conduct detailed engineering analysis of sub systems using vast knowledge of design concepts and functional requirements in field of technical expertise and broaden into other disciplines. ? Build and qualify prototypes of new designs, or procure entire subsystems from outsourced suppliers and test for compliance with detailed specifications Identify and troubleshoot a variety of difficult engineering problems in field of technical expertise, including serviceability and manufacturability. Support System Integration during the assembly and final testing of new product designs.? Support system engineering projects that have a substantial mix of electrical, mechanical, physics, algorithms and software design, and understand the underlying system implications. Provide remote and onsite support to field support personnel as required.
