Job Description

We are looking for experienced MIG Welders to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable reading blueprints, setting up welding equipment, and producing quality welds while following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on metal components and assemblies.
• Read and understand blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Set up and operate MIG welding equipment.
• Inspect welds and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Use hand tools and measuring equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
• Meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous MIG welding experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment.
