*Duties*

* Deliver comprehensive classroom lessons on traffic laws, safety procedures, and vehicle operation tailored to adult learners.
* Conduct practical behind-the-wheel training for tractor-trailer and truck driving skills, including maneuvering, braking, and parking techniques.
* Teach specialized skills such as air brake operation, tanker vehicle handling, and other endorsements required for commercial driving.
* Assess student progress through evaluations, providing constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
* Prepare students for CDL exams by guiding them through written tests and practical skills assessments.
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress in compliance with regulatory standards.
* Ensure all training activities adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations to promote a secure learning environment.

*Skills*

* Proven experience in commercial driving, including tractor-trailer operations and truck driving across various conditions.
* Strong classroom teaching skills with the ability to engage adult learners effectively.
* Knowledge of air brake systems, tanker operations, and other specialized vehicle endorsements.
* Familiarity with adult education principles and previous classroom experience is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills to clearly convey technical information and provide guidance.
