Longfellow Design Build, Inc., a reputable design-build firm and real estate developer, is seeking a skilled Architectural Designer to join our team in Lincoln, New Hampshire. The ideal candidate will engage in all aspects of the design process, collaborating closely with clients on planning and design. You will play a key role in the creation of new building designs, additions, and renovations, overseeing projects from initial concept through to completion.
*Responsibilities:*
* Work directly with clients to design a high quality, innovative and functional design for their project.
* Produce detailed plans and make any necessary adjustments or corrections.
* Keep within budgets and timelines.
* Ensure that all work is carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.
* Work collaboratively with team members to ensure the accuracy of early design work.
* Research and incorporate artistic elements into designs as needed.
* Work with the client on the selection of materials and finishes.
*Requirements:*
* Working knowledge of and experience with design software (Revit,AutoCad, Adobe Photoshop).
* Significantly detail-oriented with the ability to spot and fix potential design flaws.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
