This is an in-office position offering competitive pay and opportunities for growth. *Responsibilities** Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive estate plans, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents.

* Advise clients on entity structures (LLCs, corporations, partnerships) to meet business and tax-planning objectives.
* Ensure compliance with FTC regulations for marketing practices, including required disclosures and advertising guidelines; assist with responses to agency inquiries and Civil Investigative Demands (CIDs).
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, operating agreements, purchase agreements, and other transactional documents tailored to client needs.
* Litigation & Dispute Resolution Support:
* Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, discovery requests/responses, affidavits, and proposed orders, stipulations, and judgments.
* Prepare and draft court orders and other court-ready documents for attorney signature and filing; manage e-filing in state courts.
* Appear at hearings, conferences, and mediations as licensure permits (primarily Utah state courts).
* Manage case calendars, deadlines, disclosures, and discovery; coordinate with opposing counsel and third parties (subpoenas, custodians, experts).
* Support pre-litigation strategy, including demand letters, settlement negotiations, and compliance-driven corrective actions.
* Conduct thorough legal research to provide accurate and strategic advice.
* Stay current on laws and regulations relevant to estate planning, business structures, FTC compliance, and applicable civil procedure/rules of evidence.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on trust, clarity, and professionalism. *Qualifications** Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
* Active bar membership
* 1–5+ years of relevant experience in at least one of the following: estate planning, business transactions, regulatory compliance, or civil litigation (courtroom experience a plus).
* Exceptional legal research, analytical, and drafting skills, including court pleadings and proposed orders.
* Familiarity with state court e-filing systems and litigation case management.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
