Position Highlights & Requirements We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Interventional Cardiologist for 24-hour call coverage in Eureka, California across key fall, winter, and spring dates. Licensure: Active California (CA) State Medical License and active DEA required. Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible (BE within 3 5 years of residency); active ACLS, BLS, and active CA Radiologic Fluoroscopy Permit . Clinical Skill Mix: 75% Interventional / 25% Non-Invasive; Nuclear Cardiology reading/activity is required . EHR System: EPIC. Privileging Requirements: Must document active clinical hospital experience in the specialty within the last 2 years. Case logs required upon submission; any CV work history gaps over 3 months must be fully explained.
Target Coverage Date Blocks Shifts run 24 hours (7:00 AM to 7:00 AM): Block 1 (Thanksgiving): November 25, 2026 December 1, 2026 Block 2: December 8, 2026 December 11, 2026 Block 3 (Holidays/New Year): December 18, 2026 January 8, 2027 Block 4: April 23, 2027 April 30, 2027
