The agency was founded to help childcare operators grow enrollment and improve their online visibility, and operates with a lean, founder-led team delivering custom websites and search optimization strategies to clients across the country.
✍ Role Overview:
We are looking for a full-time remote Account Manager to take ownership of client relationships at a fast-growing agency that serves the U.S. childcare market. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, managing onboarding, day-to-day communication, and project coordination across web design and SEO engagements. You will work closely with internal teams to keep projects on track, support retention and upsell opportunities, and assist with the sales process by following up with leads and booking discovery calls. This is a high-ownership position suited for someone who thrives with autonomy, handles client challenges confidently, and understands how to deliver an exceptional service experience inside a fast-paced agency environment.
Location: 100% Remote (LATAM only)
Language Requirements: Advanced English (C1+)
