Summary
We are looking for an Audience Management Specialist to support the execution of targeted marketing programs through precise audience selection, segmentation, and data quality validation. In this role, you will collaborate with marketing, analytics, and operations teams to ensure audience strategies are accurately translated into campaigns and delivered according to requirements, controls, and timelines. This position requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and familiarity with data-driven marketing workflows.
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
Professional Experience
3+ years of experience in audience management, campaign operations, or data-driven marketing roles.
Experience supporting marketing campaigns through data extraction, eligibility rules, or segmentation processes.
Soft Skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Analytical and proactive problem-solving approach.
Required Technical & Functional Skills
Experience translating campaign strategies into clear, executable audience requirements.
Familiarity with segmentation logic, selection criteria, and audience processing workflows.
Ability to interpret data dictionaries, business rules, and campaign eligibility documents.
Experience validating audience outputs, performing QC checks, and confirming alignment with requirements.
Strong proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel), documentation tools, and shared repositories.
Experience with project or workflow platforms for tracking deliverables and approvals.
Ability to perform and document test scenarios, expected results, and final audience QA steps.
Nice to Have Skills
Exposure to real-time decisioning or multi-channel campaign orchestration.
Experience working with analytics teams on audience refinement or performance insights.
Familiarity with marketing operations controls, governance, or compliance processes.
Knowledge of SQL or basic querying for audience validation (nice to have).
Key Responsibilities
Review campaign briefs and convert targeting requirements into detailed audience specifications.
Collaborate with operations and analytics teams to ensure accurate audience creation and readiness.
Perform quality checks on audience files, segmentation outputs, and eligibility logic.
Document requirements, QC processes, testing scenarios, and approval workflows.
Support troubleshooting of discrepancies, data mismatches, or unexpected output patterns.
Track progress of audience readiness and communicate status, risks, or blockers to stakeholders.
Ensure proper version control, documentation standards, and compliance with internal procedures.
