Butcher & Bee is an East Nashville restaurant built on honest-to-goodness food, local sourcing, and the belief that great hospitality happens when you take care of your people first. Our vegetable-forward, Middle Eastern–leaning menu changes with the seasons, driven by chef Chris DeJesus and the relationships we’ve built with Tennessee farmers and ranchers over the past decade. We’re looking for a beverage forward Assistant General Manager who leads from the floor, cares deeply about hospitality, and wants to grow within a multi-concept restaurant group. Butcher & Bee is the flagship of Honest to Goodness Hospitality, which also operates Fancypants, Redheaded Stranger, and The Daily across Nashville, Atlanta, and Charleston. This isn’t a placeholder title—it’s a real leadership role with real room to grow.
