Minimum Qualifications for all Positions

  • Valid Driver's license
  • Clean driving record
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Dependable transportation that you own.
  • Ability to work in person and remotely as needed.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
  • Ability to walk long distances on uneven ground.
  • Ability to spend parts of your workday in an outdoor environment
  • ​Numerical and financial aptitude
  • ​Ability to interpret and understand instructions and solve problems
  • ​High school diploma or equivalent or equivalent experience
  • ​Time management skills
  • ​Customer focused
  • ​Ability to deal with highly confidential information
  • ​Perform arithmetic computations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division correctly using whole numbers, fractions, decimals, and percentages​​

​Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s degree in Business or any other analytical discipline
2 years’ experience in a customer service field or 3 years’ experience in an administrative position
Knowledge of construction and maintenance terminology
Knowledge of financial and accounting terminology
Knowledge of property management processes
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with Cinc Systems, Condo Certs,

Own or Live in a HOA or a COA.

Job Description

​​Working Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Thursday- Friday 8:00 am - 1:00 pm

Board meeting attendance and emergency line assistance may be additional hours worked as needed.
Pay Frequency: Weekly.

Pay Rate: Varies

In this job you will have a variety of job duties:

  • Assist customers on the phone
  • Assist customers via email
  • Complete property inspections
  • process residency applications
  • post meeting notices
  • Process incoming and out going mail
  • ​Complete bank deposits
  • Schedule vendors
  • ​Receive Payments
  • Track payments
