Role: Assistant Teacher

Children's Land of Glenview is seeking a compassionate Assistant Teacher to join our family and team-oriented organization. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.

• At least 2 years of experience in assisting with teaching children in a preschool or similar setting.

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

• Familiarity with educational and safety regulations in childcare.

• Demonstrable understanding of diverse educational methods and practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and nurturing.

• Physical ability to engage actively with children.
