For those looking for ownership, there is a 18-24 month pathway to ownership in the practice. *Opportunity Snapshot:* Are you an experienced veterinarian looking to thrive in a modern, privately owned hospital in the heart of Tustin and Irvine area? This role offers a base salary, a production bonus, and a fantastic benefits package all in a cutting-edge facility focused on both traditional and complementary care. *About the Practice:* This forward-thinking general practice serves dogs and cats with a wide variety of services from preventive wellness to orthopedic surgeries and integrative therapies. Pets receive care using the latest technology, including therapy and advanced ultrasound, alongside routine medical and dental care. The team is collaborative and includes a supportive group of technicians trained in anesthesia, dentistry, and surgical assistance. A visiting mobile orthopedic surgeon adds to the range of procedures available.
