Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Auto Body Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong collision repair skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform auto body repairs including disassembly, reassembly, and structural repairs
• Repair or replace damaged body panels, frames, and parts
• Sand, grind, fill, and prepare surfaces for refinishing
• Use frame machines, welding equipment, and hand/power tools safely
• Ensure repairs meet manufacturer and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with estimators and team members

Requirements

• Previous experience as an auto body/collision repair technician
• Knowledge of body repair techniques, materials, and tools
• Ability to read and follow repair estimates and work orders
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred (Not Required)

• ASE or I-CAR certification
• Paint prep or refinishing experience
