*Century Construction Texas* is currently seeking an experienced and dependable *Fleet Automotive Mechanic* to maintain and repair our growing company fleet. We are looking for someone who is motivated, knowledgeable, and capable of diagnosing and repairing vehicles and equipment in a fast-paced work environment.

This position will be responsible for keeping company trucks, trailers, and equipment operating safely and efficiently to support daily operations.
*Responsibilities:*
* Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on company fleet vehicles
* Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, brakes, suspension, steering, and engine repairs
* Inspect and troubleshoot diesel and gas vehicles
* Maintain service records and repair documentation
* Perform preventative maintenance on trucks, trailers, and equipment
* Identify safety concerns and necessary repairs
* Assist with emergency repairs as needed
* Keep shop area clean, organized, and safe
* Work closely with management to prioritize fleet repairs and maintenance schedules
*Qualifications:*
* Previous automotive or diesel mechanic experience required
* Experience working on fleet vehicles, trucks, and trailers preferred
* Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
* Knowledge of preventative maintenance procedures
* Ability to work independently and efficiently
* Must have reliable transportation
