Corwin Ford of Nampa is looking for a motivated Service Technician (B-Level preferred) to join our growing Quick Lane Department where you will be responsible for maintenance and light repairs. You will work closely with the service team to ensure top-quality customer service while staying up to date with the latest automotive technology and manufacturer training. Key Responsibilities:
Perform automotive diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and inspections on all vehicle makes and models
Follow manufacturer repair procedures and use OEM or approved diagnostic tools
Communicate clearly with service advisors about repair needs and timelines
Document all work performed using dealership service systems
Ensure a high standard of workmanship and customer satisfaction
Maintain shop safety, cleanliness, and organization
Participate in ongoing factory and ASE training programs to enhance technical skills
Qualifications:
2+ years of automotive technician / mechanic experience required
B-level or higher experience preferred
Saturday shifts may be required
A passion for auto mechanics and collaborative team participant
Energetic with a good work ethic and communication skills
Valid driver's license and good driving record
