Barista, Le Lotus Bleu (Lower East Side)
Le Lotus Bleu is a Lower East Side café focused on premium tea, ceremonial matcha, and specialty coffee. We’re a small, design-driven space building something intentional, quality, flow, and presence matter here.
This is a solo barista role. You’ll be running the café for the day, so confidence, independence, and consistency are key.
